Leeds Rhinos eye up two more signings

LEEDS RHINOS appear to have filled the gap left by Caitlin Casey at halfback by signing Tally Bryer from Featherstone Rovers.

Bryer was Featherstone’s leading points scorer last season with one try and 21 goals for a total of 46 points – over a third of those scored by the whole team in a season of struggle which ultimately saw them relegated.

Despite the team’s struggles, Bryer was often Featherstone’s player of the match and those performances caught the eyes of the Rhinos coaching team, with Bryer joining the side for pre-season training.

Outside back Nicole Kennedy, who was named as London Broncos’ player of the season as they claimed the Championship South title, is also believed to be training with the Rhinos with a view to a move.
