16:41 Denny Solomona scores his FOURTH try of the afternoon. What a start to the year for him! Castleford win 32-6 against Wakefield.
16:34 Wigan pulling it back. Oliver Gildart makes it 32-10, but it’s too late now.
16:32 Impressive stuff from Warrington, they lead 46-4 with Gene Ormsby securing a hat-trick.
16:31 The thoughts of our very own Aaron Bower, who was at the Hull derby today.
“It’s only pre-season of course, but one set of fans in Hull will be much happier than the other when they read League Express on Monday morning.
“There was a 40-minute period either side of half-time where Hull FC were just untouchable. They were slick, seamless and a joy to watch – with Leon Pryce at the heart of everything they did well. They will be full of confidence for the season opener against Salford in a couple of weeks.
“As for KR, they’ve lost their two friendlies with a combined score of 98-26. Food for thought for Chris Chester – his side just weren’t at the races for the most part today.”
16:22 OK, one Salford fan is a little bit excited at the minute!

15:55 Quite the scathing report from one Wigan fan. Concerned Warriors fans?

15:40 Bradford’s lead is down to two, Tom Briscoe for the treble winners.
15:39 Meanwhile, this man is flying again.

15:38 More on KR later, who have now shipped 60 points, but elsewhere Reece Lyne, playing on the wing today, has pulled one back for Wakefield. They trail Cas 14-6.
Another potential story developing is at Salford, who are now 12-0 up on Wigan!
15:32 Swinton hitting back at Rochdale, they are now 24-18 behind. Big win for the Hornets if they can hold on.
15:30 Featherstone 6-4 ahead against Hunsley. Jamie Cording with Fev’s try.
15:29 FC have 50, this is a very, very bad day at the office for KR.

15:19 The big man Ashton Sims is over for Warrington! Warrington all square with Leigh.
15:17 The Championship teams upsetting the big boys at the minute. Kris Welham puts Bradford ahead against Leeds.
15:14 Only getting worse for KR in the second-half. Scott Taylor over for his new club. Ominous, very ominous in fact, for the Robins at the minute. They trail 42-10.
15:13 Warrington Wolves have put a very strong team out today, but they’ve gone behind to Leigh thanks to an Adam Higson try!
Try! @AdamHigson1 pic.twitter.com/eRxvSf7aYK
— Leigh Centurions (@LeighCenturions) January 24, 2016
15:10 Loads of tries early on. Mark Flanagan has put Salford in front ahead of Wigan, Oliver Holmes has extended Castleford’s lead over Wakefield and Mark Percival’s try has put Saints ahead ahainst Widnes.
15:05 The try-scoring sensation is at it again. Denny Solomona puts Castleford ahead against Wakefield. Big things expected of him this year. Gale misses the conversion, so Cas lead 4-0.
15:04 Oh how it is great to have Rugby League back, eh?

15:00 The rest of today’s games are now all ready to get underway!
14:57 A number of debutants around the grounds today, here are the four we are watching out for.

14:51 Half-time in the Hull derby – here’s our man Aaron Bower’s verdict – with a full report in Monday’s League Express.
A half that started with real optimism for Hull KR has turned into an absolute horror show. KR have been pretty abject in defence, particularly in that last 20 minutes, where they shipped four tries in four sets at one point.
Hull FC’s new signings look to have settled well, but Leon Pryce is looking majestic out there at half-back. A lot of the good things Hull are doing are coming from the experienced Pryce. Frank Pritchard hasn’t disappointed, either! It’s 36-10 at the break, and the Clive Sullivan Trophy is surely heading to Lee Radford’s men.
14:47 A shock on the cards? Rochdale lead Championship outfit Oldham at the break.
Half time Hornets dominant since the last score but unable to extend the lead Swinton 10 Hornets 12 #StingEmHornets

14:46 Another big game today is Leeds Rhinos vs Bradford Bulls, updates throughout!

How many KR fans feel like this at the minute?
@rlworld chester needs to go if he can’t see we need to beef up our pack! What an embarrassment
— ♡Kirst♡ (@kirsthkr) January 24, 2016
14:43 This is worrying for KR. Jamie Shaul goes over again and it’s 34-10. Far, far too easy for Lee Radford’s men in the first-half.
14:40 Hull FC are flying!! Three tries in five minutes put the Airlie Birds 28-10 ahead. Jamie Shaul, Carlos Tuimavave and Steve Michaels the scorers.
14:28pm FC are in the lead!A debut try for Sika Manu and one for Mahe Fonua put the Airlie Birds 12-10 in front, although Graeme Horne has pulled one back.
