London’s fantastic season continues as they down the Eagles

London Broncos moved a step closer to securing a spot in the top four following a 32-14 victory over Sheffield.

The game was delayed after Sheffield got caught in horrendous traffic on the M6, only arriving 40 minutes ahead of the rescheduled 3:20 kick-off.

Despite falling behind after tries through Quentin Laulu-Togagae and Cory Aston, the Broncos took control as Nick Slyney, Matty Garside and Alex Foster scored, giving them a 20-12 half-time lead.

But the Broncos took control in the second-half as Mark Offerdahl and former Eagle Eddie Battye scored.

Sheffield earned the first claim at the try of the weekend late on as Rob Worrincy went 80 metres, but it was just a consolation for Sheffield.
