Leeds Rhinos have confirmed Danny McGuire will miss the next six to eight weeks with a knee injury and will miss the World Club Challenge clash with North Queensland Cowboys.
Their newly appointed captain limped off in the Rhinos' 12-10 reverse against Warrington on Thursday.
