The Kingstone Press Cider National Conference will not, it appears, operate a Dual Registration scheme in 2016.
Delegates at last night’s Annual General Meeting voted 27-20 against a proposal by the competition’s Management Committee to introduce such an initiative, Totalrl.com understands.
The scheme would, if introduced, have allowed NCL teams to dual-register up to six players with RFL Championship clubs, with up to three eligible for selection in any one match.
