The RFL have confirmed that First Utility Super League club Catalans Dragons have submitted for registration a playing contract signed by Australian player Todd Carney.
Under the terms of Operational Rule C1:2.3, the acceptance of the registration is at the discretion of the RFL Board of Directors, who will meet within the next seven days to consider the submission.
Essentially, this means the RFL have yet to accept Carney’s signing with Catalan Dragons.
