Saints move was a no brainer, admits Quinlan

St Helens fullback, Adam Quinlan, reflecting on his incredible debut against Huddersfield last week, has admitted that it was an easy decision to sign up with the Saints.  He hadn’t even been in the country for a week before making his debut against the Giants last Friday, starring with a hat-trick as Saints edged out their top four rivals.

Although the move was a complete whirlwind, he admitted that it was a fantastic opportunity he simply couldn’t turn down.

“When the club asked me if I wanted to come over for the rest of the season,”  Quinlan told the club’s official website, “and I looked at the opportunity, it was pretty much a no brainer.  It happened quickly; I was here in a week and then I was playing.

A few people have told me I am the seventh full back at the club this year – hopefully I will be the last one.”

“Everyone has been very welcoming and my first game went well.  The atmosphere was outstanding too.  I am really excited to be here for the rest of the season.”
