Salford hooker Joey Lussick to make NRL return

Salford hooker Joey Lussick will leave the club at the end of the season to take up a deal with Parramatta Eels.

Lussick, who joined the club midway through 2018 and has gone on to play in two major finals, turned a new contract down earlier this year.

He has made 56 appearances for the club, scoring 18 tries, but will leave at the end of the year.

He is the latest player set to leave the Challenge Cup Finalists at the end of the year.

Niall Evalds is moving to Castleford while Kris Welham has been linked with a move to Featherstone. Gil Dudson is heading to Catalans while Mark Flanagan is retiring.
