LONDON BRONCOS have snapped up South Sydney Rabbitohs hooker Siliva Havili.
Havili, who has enjoyed a decorated NRL career with South Sydney Rabbitohs and Canberra Raiders, has also represented Tonga on the international stage.
“Siliva is the type of player who makes everyone around him better,” said London director of rugby Mike Eccles.
“He’s a competitor, a leader, and he’s experienced success at international level. Adding someone of his quality to our environment is a huge statement of intent.”
Havili had been heavily linked with a move to St Helens earlier in the year after the Merseyside club’s pursuit of Josh Papalii went cold.
The 32-year-old hooker has made over 170 NRL appearances during his career and joins the Broncos alongside Gold Coast Titans veteran Reagan Campbell-Gillard.
