Three League 1 players face RFL charges

Three players have been charged with offences committed in Kingstone Press League 1 Round 2 fixtures.

York City Knights player Pete Aspinall has been charged with Grade C running in and punching in the 67th minute of their away fixture against Oxford on Sunday April 12.

University of Gloucestershire All Golds player Ollie Pursglow has been charged with a Grade B careless high tackle in the 12th minute of a fixture against Rochdale Hornets on Saturday April 11.

Tommy Gallagher of Swinton Lions has been charged with a Grade B shoulder charge in the 42nd minute of their away fixture against Barrow Raiders on Sunday April 12.

All three players were charged after the incidents were viewed by the RFL Match Review Panel. Aspinall, Pursglow and Gallagher have until 11.00am on Tuesday April 21 to submit Early Guilty Pleas.
