Castleford Tigers winger Joel Monaghan has told TotalRL that joining the club for 2016 was an “easy decision to make”.
The former Australia international, who has joined Castleford on a two-year deal for 2016 and 2017, says that it’s obvious to see that the Tigers are a club on the up, and when they came in with a bid for his services, it wasn’t a tough decision to make.
Monaghan also discusses his hopes for the season ahead, his opening game for the club in last month’s pre-season friendly against Featherstone, and why Castleford were such a big pull for him after leaving Warrington Wolves.
