Zak Hardaker has broken his silence over his transfer saga, revealing how he had personnel from both Huddersfield Giants and Salford Red Devils trying to tempt him elsewhere before joining Castleford.
The Tigers completed a deal to sign the Leeds fullback on a one-year loan deal last week, bringing an end to heavy speculation.
League Express caught up with the England fullback for a one-on-one interview, that can be read in the new paper. Within the interview, Hardaker revealed that Marwan Koukash had been actively attempting to persuade him to join Salford, while England teammate Jermaine McGillvary and Ryan Brierley had done the same with a view of luring him to Huddersfield.
