Believe in Bradford Bulls chairman, says Ferres

Bradford Bulls fans have been urged to back owner Marc Green to restore the club to the force they once were, as they gear up for a potentially pivotal game in their season this weekend.

Defeat at Salford could see the Bulls fall eight points back in the race for survival – after the decision to uphold their points deduction was made earlier this week. However, even if the Bulls are relegated to the Kingstone Press Championship for 2015, Managing Director Steve Ferres told the Telegraph and Argus that unity will ultimately help the Bulls rebuild and reach the top once again – so long as they are behind the owner.

“The fans have a club to support and in Marc they have a guy in charge who is dedicated and committed to making the Bulls a force in the game again,” declared Ferres.

“We now need the people of Bradford to help us in our quest to achieve our aims and that is to be back at the top echelons of the sport.

“Whatever we have to do to achieve that, we will do – but it isn’t a one-man job and Marc can’t do it on his own.

“It needs the people of Bradford to buy into what he is about and what he is trying to do. If we all get together and unite behind his ambition and his drive to make a success of it, then we will achieve our aim.”
