It’s been a pretty special year for Hull FC, with their victory in the semi-final of the Challenge Cup further emphasising how successful the season has been.
And for any inspiring coaches, the Hull chief has revealed exactly what has been the secret to his success.
“I’ll let you in to a secret… it’s the same outfit! Socks, underpants, the lot!” he told the club’s official website.
“They’ve not been washed no, and I’ll be wearing them at Wembley!”
Leading Super League and in the Challenge Cup final, Hull are still in contention for the treble this year along with fellow finalists Warrington.
