Bradford has published full breakdown. Seem to have done well on Fandom and Community. York has 20.5k followers on X / Twitter not 9.5k so a bit closer to Bradford . As regards finance, haven’t they been in Adminstration three times and had to borrow from the RFL ?

It only goes off the last 3 years I believe.

    I don't. Do you?

Exactly. So why question his loyalty when you don't know the situation?

For all we know the Knights may have decided to move him on for whatever reason, just like they did with James Glover a few months ago.

Loyalty is very rare in modern sport, both ways.

So, another player who is cared for by the club after a serious injury decides to leave. Whatever happened to loyalty. There is little doubt he had a big impact when he played, but if I'm honest, I don't think he was value for money.

How do you know it was his decision?

    Loyalty works both ways.

Whilst I'm not a huge fan of spending overs on players, at least its with a view of winning. Spending money 'on something more tangible instead' sounds like we're now just sacking off the sport and playing SIMS.

Building solid, sustainable clubs with robust business plans will enable to game to secure more investment, and ultimately provide a better sport on the pitch.

If we get 20 grade A's with a much improved TV deal and more eyeballs on the game, P&R can come back and IMG's job is done.

Someone with vast wealth who were stupid enough to put money into a club even though there was no defined and sure way to get the club into the top division. In other words it wont happen.

Or its much more likely to happen now the lottery of spending £1.5m on ex-SL/NRL players is no longer needed, and that investment can be put to something much more tangible instead?

Age old problem in York, not enough people watch the game here.

    4.5k v Bradford 2018

    3.5k v Catalans 2018

    3k v Whitehaven 2018

    4k v Toronto 2019

    3k v Toulouse 2019

Plenty north of 2.5k in the new gaff, a few north of 3k

8k in the RLWC last year

4.5k for the Valkyrie Grand Final two weeks ago

They do if its a big enough game.

  7. York are theoretically the 5th best club outside Super League then, which is pretty much where they've finished in the Championship since 2019 (3rd, 7th, 5th, 6th). Lots of potential for improvement too. Happy with that!

Cas dropping to 13th for filling the form out wrong is very, very funny. 🤌🏼

Keighley calling it all an 'insult' and the 'spreadsheet era of rugby league' 🤌🏼🤌🏼

Fev straight up accusing clubs of lying about attendances. 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼

All in all, a great day on Twitter.

I don't know, but I'd say the home kit is predominantly black and the away is predominantly white. Who are they going to play where both shirts would clash with the opposition?

Its the dark shoulders, shorts and panels down the sides that are the isue.
