Yeah he was by far and away their best player, looked a classy operator.
And he was rapid, he gave Zarrin a head start and caught him

Why can't we have Weir at 7, Doran at 6 Carter at 13 and Callum & CWT interchanging at hooker?
And where does Stephenson go?

According to Rugby League Express, Dom Weir was our best player.

I'm not a fan of loan signings, or dual reg but, if needs must

They should redevelop DP in a similar way to Glasgow Rangers, they built the new stadium inside the old except for the main stand

Did anyone notice how long the Dewsbury kicker was taking? It's time we followed the Ra ra's time limit

Zarrin was steady away as usual but there were times when he could have passed the ball

Lacked leadership in the Half's today, ultimately Sykes at 57 year old just kept churning out a big forward line of Dewsbury to do the boring stuff better and fair play to them they did what they had to do.
57 year old? Surely not

They had faster play the balls and played smarter off the back of them. Playing in the right areas is fine but when the tries don't come you need guile to break them down which we didn't have today. Another step backwards after last week and shows we miss Doran but especially Carter.
What's the crack with Carter? He just failed a test to play last week.

Ouch! That's not good

With those two back and the fact we play better away we could turn it around. Shame about Hutton's errors that cost us cos he's normally dependable compounding the news about Atiga.
What news?

They were beaten at the end of March by North Wales Crusaders, not Midland Hurricanes

Thought cooper was really good yesterday again, he's really stepped up since getting back in the side. Zarrin is on a different level, and Jamie just runs games. Thought dom had a bit of a stinker. Lucas was good off the bench as well. That try we conceded after half time was embarrassing. Levi and Spencer are rock solid in defence, Rio and Dave not so much
Rio, Dave Ecc and Beano all should have had him

You could have two divisions by intro a new team i.e Bedford. Top four in each play off for the champions

With 23 teams in Champ/C1 it would mean that you cant play everyone H & A, so for example you dont play 7 teams at all , which when designed at start of first season it could be seeded so bottom of C1 dont play top Champ teams, Fixtures done by position numbers not team names. so works easy every season.
Not playing 7 teams means you would still play other 15 teams H & A like we used too pre SL start.1995
This current season started on 23/Feb. and ends on 7/Sept prior to play offs
During this we will only have 18 matches [9 home games] - during this period we will have had 11 blank weeks, ELEVEN blank weeks THEREFORE almost 3 months of blank weeks - which means we could have played 15 teams [30 games] in this same timespan,
This is Probably to difficult for RFL to organize - but somebody clever could sort the fixtures out.

I doubt any true fan will miss the Town game to watch the last PL games, unfortunately some not so staunch fans will. Just our luck, if it’s not Mother’s Day it’s something else. Hopefully we still get a decent crowd. UTT.
I've just managed to get an early bird ticket. What a faff

I'll be there, I came from Kendal by bus for the Haven game. As I have bus pass it's a no trainer.

One of the best ever tries I've seen ever (on Youtube) was Ian Wright's against Wigan in the Lancs Cup Final. Before my time but I'll have been finding something interesting by the perimeter fence when it was scored.
The try by Ray Wilkins wasn't bad either
