What do you know???????

Let's go back to the Oldham Bears! There's so much mileage in promoting that image.
-
What do the French sides bring to bolster our game?
-
Has IMG gone?
-
Are there grounds for an appeal? I don't know what he said but there have been some horrific incidents that have been dealt with very lightly.

The worst for me has to be Fartown and the best has to be, after Boundary Park, Watersheddings.
Back to the Halifax game. Did we escape Toulouse without any more injuries and who might be coming back?
And who is going to Dumpy Odsal? Just curious, who owns Odsal?

For Oldham to succeed, as BQ says "we need bums on seats!" The big question is "HOW!" I know this topic has been mentioned many times before, but nothing appears to happening out on the streets or in the town's RL clubs.
Before the semi-final against Featherstone I was in the St.Anne's bar and there wasn't anything there to advertise probably the biggest game in recent times.
Has BQ got somebody in place to get the word out? Because just relying on those who do put their bums on seats isn't going to work.

Watched the York/Fev game the ground looked empty due to the fact the camera shots were on the side where the spectators were. Gave a very poor view to any outsider "what this Rugby League" is about. It would be interesting to know what the attendance was.
If they decide to play the three finals there again the 1895 must be first followed by the Challenge Cup and finally by the women's final.

Where can I watch the York V Featherstone game? Don't say Wembley!
-
Not seen anywhere why Warrington let such a great go.

Thanks - pretty comprehensive reply!

We are now at the halfway point and doing incredibly well considering the number of injuries Sean has had to deal with, a fantastic example of team management.
Does anyone know what the present situation is with the players missing due to injury?

Reading the game report it said the penalty count was 9 - 1 in Hunslet's favour, surely that can't be right.
Another great win sad that I wasn't there - at Wembley.
-
Sean can't change that side that thrashed Halifax. Craven must stay at 6 so taking some of the pressure of JD.
I can't see us putting another 60+ against them but I expect at least 40.

What's the best way to get there? Has anyone organised anything?

Well it's Wembley next year and now down to the nitty gritty.
I just hope for SL's sake we have some bodies back for what will be another hard game.
I also hope that we get a decent turnout of fans to give support to OUR club.

Beaten in the last three games easily by the top three sides in the division. With the sides we are putting out it's no wonder and that's no criticism of SL or the players. My only concern is the poor defending when SL regularly talks about the big "D". T, F and B were so quick off the defensive line so shutting down any play from Oldham and we tended to wait for them so allowing them to put plays on.
Let's hope we get some bodies back for the next two games.
Come on Oldham!!!!!!!

Saw that Neane McDonald played for Salford at the weekend and scored two tries.
Will he come back and fulfil his commitment to us?
-
Congratulations on today's win which was richly deserved.
All the best in the final.

Too close to call. Like what has been said we are desperately short in the 3/4s. But I'm sure we will give it our best show.
Lot depends on the referee. I suppose you have the same concern about the very poor level of refereeing shown this season - who knows he might have a soft spot for Oldham - I doubt it.
May the best team win and then thrash Bradford at Wembley.

The day's arrived after a sleepless night dreaming about the "what if."
Let's all hope for a decent, fair referee and accept the score and then book OUR Wembley trip!

Will that be at home? Great to see both of them back.
