Thinking about this soem more, there is an argument for just leaving him to it. He's not my cup of tea, but sports do have personalities who are idiots and they thrive. At my club I couldn't even tell you the last time I heard anything from the owner or CEO or anyone really.Â
As a sport we don't seem to be too worried about people drunk in control of a car, never mind drunk in control of a twitter account.Â
I don’t think he should get sanctioned to be honest. He’s just embarrassing im glad he’s got nothing to do with my club.

Wouldn’t it be good … if he did well for themÂ
Its just monkey business so far though

I didn’t think it did, i thought only the kicker could put you back on if you were offside from a kick.
But he wasn’t offside from the tap back (which was the next play), players are allowed to come back into play if they aren’t within ten on the play after the kick.
I could be wrong though

I also have no idea what the six again was for when Field was tackled. London can count themselves a bit unlucky there I reckon.
Markers not square i think

And the try scorer was offside, he was in front of the kicker and the kicker never plays him onside.
Don’t think he was within ten metres of the next play doesn’t that then put him onside?

Too many daft penaltiesÂ

It left his hands but it looked as though he might have got his hand back on around the time of impact with the ground.
In most cases of element of doubt it goes with the on field call.
But not this time, hence harsh.
Youve got to regather before it gets to the ground

Yes I was against how harsh actions were deemed to be by the officials,  ut I was shouted down by those who said they were nessacary, so what now?
You should be happy that they have been relaxed a bit?

So with your previous comments before this round of games you must be very disappointed that the rules have been relaxed.
I think you are getting confused here Harry, you keep using the word condoned, what people were saying is that if head high tackles are automatically cards then so be it and the game isn’t ‘gone’. However it’s obvious that has been relaxed, you can be ok with both those positions. But you were against those interpretations but now seem annoyed they have been relaxed.

But given how it is worded, what are you charging him for? He’s not accused anyone of anything and said he’ll be noisy in the next council meeting. As stupid a post it is, I don’t see how you can bring charges for it
Bad spellingÂ

Don't go there.
Doesn’t always translate, some coaches are excellent at getting the best out of ‘lesser teams’ so to speak.
When they go to bigger clubs with different expectations it can go badly - see Daryl Powell

Bennison was poor last night. He has done well in recent times. But he also lacks pace. I’d be picking Ritson or blooding one of the other kids like Sambou if I was Wellens.Â
Pleased with Dodd and delighted with Clarke and Whitley. But yep, jury is out on Mbye and I’ll wait to pass judgment on Blake until we see him on a dry track. He does bring much needed pace to the backline but Lafai stood him up badly for the winning try… awful defence.
To be fair to Blake (and we’re seeing it a bit with Momirosvki) it does often take imports a month or so to settle in, it’s a big change for them.

Have they or was this Mr Kendalls deliberation, still awaiting confirmation on the rules being more lenient as is being claimed.
Why would he have to confirm anything to you?Â
ÂI’m not sure what you’re suggesting here to be honest, there has been far freer cards produced since round one, it’s not just Leigh that have been hard done to so to speak.

How in earth can you lot who were condoning the the actions refs were taking, suddenly about face, you either want action taking for head tackles or you don't, you are every bit as hypocritical as you claim I am.
Where is the link to the law changes or again are you lying, 3rd request.
There doesn’t need to be a law change for the refs to have been told to interpret them differently.
The refs have been consistent if you watch all the games so far this round.

Thought we were in control until Percival's red card. I don't see that as an excuse though, I would expect us to be good enough to win even with 12 men when we had a 14 point lead. We made some mistakes and Salford were good enough to execute and finish those chances.
Sneyd was excellent and I thought Salford's expansive tactics worked very well against us and I expect Leeds will use a similar approach next week. From our perspective, Dodd has had a really strong start to the season which has been great to see.Â
Yes Dodd has looked a lot better from what I’ve seen, Lomax doesn’t seem as effective though?
Clarke was just the type of hooker Saints needed.
One thing that’s stood out is I think Saints are lacking some pace, Im not convinced Bennison is a winger either.
not seen a lot but from what i have seen Mby and Blake look disinterested and sluggishÂ

Beibg overly pedantic to scorenpoints. After being told for weeks this is how it is and move with the times, it is entirely fair to them complain when it turns out we're not gonna bother at all and everything he was told for weeks was BS.Â
The issue here isn't Harry. This is why fans get peed off. And I don't include Derek in that, he's a drunken tool.Â
Happens every time new protocols are brought in, It was always going to settle down after a few games.
Rohan Smith’s presser is interesting, he’s basically saying that it’s created a situation where players, fans and coaches are now concentrating too much on wether it is or isn’t a card, i agree, you see far more players complaining to the ref, fans screaming for cards after every tackle etc.

I actually think that's unfair - I don't agree with too many of Harry's views, but the likes of him were aggressibeky shot down for complaining about the clamp down, so I think his complaints are now valid. The likes of Harry were told this was the new world and we had to change. But let's be honest, the RFL have bottled it yet again.Â
The point is, Harry was complaining that they were being too harsh, now for whatever reason the RFL have ‘bottled it’ I agree, however surely Harry should be celebrating this fact? But because Leigh we’re involved he’s doing the opposite.

Just now, phiggins said:
That is true about the intent of most dangerous tackles to be fair.
It is but as I say it’s pretty rare for those to be cards.
-
5 minutes ago, dkw said:
He was quiting the game because of it, but now he wants it to stay the same....because "consistency". Ridiculous hypocrisy.Â
The thing is it’s obviously been a directive to be less harsh on these tackles, watch all the games this round and you will see consistency.
so Harry has got what he wanted, but because he feels Leigh were badly done to hes singing a different tune.
