So get rid of playing squad, ultimately reducing the amount of quality players available to the sport and use the money to buy advertising hoarding, screens, scoreboards, floodlights etc Sounds well thought out. Nice light show but the sports ######. Sounds like the NFL recipe.

The biggest surprise to me is London being so low. Although to be fair I have no interest in looking at the detail. If I printed the criteria out I wouldn't wipe my bottom with it. I get the idea as to what they are trying to do. Suffice to say that wherever London finish in SL next year - the rating will have miraculously shot up the charts as a new entry in the top 12 by the end of the season.
Legal challenge by teams outside SL.

Crowd sizes should be paying customers only, verified by the VAT returns. Any club wishing to inflate the figures would then have to pay extra VAT or risk the wrath of the taxman, and possible penalties from the RFL!
Away tickets should be bought through the away club and counted towards the away teams support figures. It's not difficult.

It shows how ridiculous it is with Newcastle having 9 points in 18th.

If I had a quid every time I heard the phrase "they'll come back to haunt us" when a player moved on, I'd be rich. If I had a quid every time you could legitimately say an ex player had actually come back to haunt us, I wouldn't.
is Alex Walker included?

You guys set your aspirations too high, then like last season and the season before thatand the season before thatand the season before thatand the season before that.. You simply fail to get over the line, where at Dewsbury were a little bit more level headed and at ease of where we are, aim low and anything above is a bonus, aim high like you guys.. And POP goes all your little bubbles, why do you do it to yourselves season after season after season
Madness they call it Madness
And again next season it will be
One step beyond
Too high? What absolute tosh. Where do you suggest we aim 6th 7th or hope for relegation?

And how they heralded the return of chizzy mid season, the savior returns
Won't be going to York either if Fev fans have any sense we'll not swell any attendance figures of away clubs next season.

Be better with a big old sorting hat at the beginning of each season "Saint Helens, league winners". "Wigan, challenge cup"
"Featherstone Rovers, Hufflepuff for you!"

Would the game have also been tinpot had we won in Toronto in 2019 after losing 9 games more than the league leaders?
We didn't

These finals are just not the same without Saints and Wigan contesting.

They can't can they mate, it goes on local government district divided by number of rfl clubs. So our score should be same as Wakey and Cas....looks like to French clubs get advantage on that bcos it appears they are doing it by department which is like county while England its district level
Thanks. Sounds as fair as anything else the RFL come up with. Tried explaining it to people at work a they think I've just dropped in from space.

How can they grade our catchment area any differently from Wakefield or Castleford?

The RL pundits fall over themselves to tell all who will listen how inclusive this sport is. It is this inclusivity that a legal challenge should be made. Local MPs should show an interest too.
