  1. Code hopper Israel Folou looks to be fishing for interest from NRL clubs as he's annpunced he's not sure where his future lies after his current Union contract is up.
  2. Yes what's going on there. Are they making room for someone else?
  3. Sad to hear he's struggling. He has the physique and talent to be a top player and yet appears to have as many downs as ups. Sad.
  4. Matt Ballin has signed for Wests Tigers. Robbie Farah won't be helped by this in his talk of seeing his contract out at Tigers and playing in the first team.
  5. Mmm The NRL has checked repeatedly on his reform and rehabilitation since his deplorable attack on that bloke which included stamping on his head while he was on the ground and thereby getting a 2 year prison sentence. It's a worry having him back in the game though. Packer’s playing contract with Dragons has some particular conditions requiring him to maintain his education and welfare activities..
  6. Canberra Raiders have received a massive lift to commence the 2016 pre-season, with Shannon Boyd agreeing to a new deal with the club until the end of the 2018 season. Boyd was currently on contract with the Raiders until the end of the 2016 season, but he has extended into a new long term deal with the club.
  7. Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad. Is middle name is apparently Jompbegfquvwxy - there I've used all the letters of the alphabet now.
  8. Leeds Rhinos have announced the signing of Gold Coast Titans hooker Beau Falloon on a one year contract for the 2016 season.
  9. Young Melbourne Storm utility Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad has filled another place in the Warriors’ 2016 NRL squad after being signed on a two-year contract. The signing tops off a week which also saw the 20-year-old make a try-scoring Test debut for the Cook Islands in last Saturday night’s 2017 Rugby League World Cup qualifier against Mate Ma’a Tonga.
  10. Parramatta Eels have today announced the signings of Mitch Cornish, Kelepi Tanginoa and Scott Schulte for the 2016 season
  11. We're talking Phil Gould here - tact isn't his strongpoint. In fact I'm not sure it's in his vocabulary.
  12. Cleary had been repeatedly linked to a return to the Warriors toward the latter stages of the 2015 season as a replacement for Andrew McFadden. His departure follows the loss of Penrith assistant coach Trent Barrett who is taking the reins as Manly head coach in 2016. Former Panthers player and Gold Coast coach John Cartwright is expected to be one of the contenders to replace Barrett. Cartwright has recently relocated to Sydney from the Gold Coast. Former Brisbane mentor Anthony Griffin and ex-Wests Tigers clipboard holder Mick Potter, both of whom were in the running for the top job at Newcastle won by Nathan Brown, loom as possibilities to take over from Cleary - as could Panthers NSW Cup coach Garth Brennan and former Manly boss Geoff Toovey.
  13. Manly are on the verge of snaring explosive forward Marty Taupau from the Wests Tigers
  14. In bolstering their forward depth the Sharks have signed hard-running Manly forward Jesse Sene-Lefao on a two-year deal after he was released by the Sea Eagles from the final year of his contract.
  15. Melbourne Storm have signed Manly outside back Cheyse Blair for the 2016 season. Blair, 23, has made 44 NRL appearances across stints at Parramatta and the Sea Eagles and is a former Kangaroos schoolboy. "Cheyse is a great signing for the club, is versatility will add further depth to our squad and he has great size and speed," Storm football director Frank Ponissi said.

  17. Bulldogs veteran Sam Perrett is set to sign a new two-year-deal which will keep him in the Kennel until the end of 2017. In securing his future, the 30-year-old has revealed that his contract will see him move into an ambassador role with the club when he finally hangs up the boots.
  18. The sooner Surgess's back in RL the better. If he'd been an actor he'd have been miscast in RYawnion
  19. Locke offered to Melbourne - why would Storm want him? Wakefield letting him go. Storm have Billy and Cam Munster - I guess he could go on wing. Bellyache could sort out any problems he comes back from UK with
