I wasn't denigrating Charnley's effort but the fact remains it was an illegal play. Off the top of my head I can't remember who picked up the loose ball. Maybe someone can enlighten me. It went from what should have been an attacking Hull position to Wigan in Hull's ten metre zone from the scrum.

You'd be surprised how ignorant of the WC the average Aussie supporter is Dave. The recent announcement that 7 have the TV rights may have alerted a few. hutch, an Aussie who posts on here sometimes, posted on one of the forums recently that he was the only one among his friends, who are all avid RL fans and played the game to varying degrees, who was aware of a WC taking place in 2013.
