Former Parramatta Eels star Jarryd Hayne will plead not guilty to charges of aggravated sexual assault when the player’s case is heard on February 13th.
Hayne will not be required to attend court on that day while Hayne’s lawyer Richard Pontello says the player maintains his innocence.
Hayne is on strict bail conditions which include surrendering his passport and staying out of the Newcastle local government area.
