Hull FC forced into changes for Widnes clash

Hull FC head coach Lee Radford has made three changes to his forward pack for Sunday’s clash with Widnes Vikings at the KC Stadium.

The Black and Whites have been hit by injuries in the front row with Josh Bowden the latest prop to be sidelined after picking up an ankle injury in last week’s defeat to Castleford Tigers.

He joins Garreth Carvell, Chris Green and Bobby Tyson-Wilson in the treatment room, whist Tongan international Mickey Paea is suspended.

Feka Paleaaesina remains in contention to feature against the Vikings, however, and he is recalled to Hull’s 19-man squad for Sunday’s game alongside young forwards Liam Kent and Dean Hadley.

Hull FC squad to face Widnes Vikings (KC Stadium, Sunday, 3pm): Arundel, Colbon, Crooks, Ellis, Hadley, Heremaia, Horne, Houghton, Kent, Paleaaesina, Rankin, Shaul, Talanoa, Thompson, Tuson, Watts, Westerman, Whiting, Yeaman.
