Salford Red Devils owner Dr Marwan Koukash has slammed the RFL and called for the salary cap to be increased.
The business tycoon, who owns a string of famous racehorses, also criticised the lucrative Sky Sports TV deal, which was exclusively revealed in Monday's League Express.
