Minichiello missing for Hull

Hull FC will be without Mark Minichiello for Friday’s clash with Catalans.

The in form back-row is dealing with a calf injury and will not be fit to face one of Super League’s joint leaders. He will be replaced by Dean Hadley in Hull FC’s 19-man squad.

It means Lee Radford is without his two senior back-rowers, with Gareth Ellis serving a suspension for a challenge in last week’s victory over Wakefield.

Radford’s men are just one of three teams to have overcome Catalans this year and will move joint second, two points off the top of the table if they could do the double over the Dragons.

Catalans themselves will be without key personnel, with Todd Carney, Paul Aiton, Krisnan Inu and Oliver Elima all ruled out.
