LEEDS RHINOS coach Lois Forsell was full of praise for prop Izzy Northrop, who made her 50th club appearance against Wigan last time out.
The 25-year-old joined the AMT Headingley outfit from Huddersfield ahead of the 2023 season and has gone on to represent England.
Northrop also reached 100 points for Leeds, crossing for her 25th try in a Rhinos shirt.
“Izzy was feeling a bit under the weather but it speaks volumes about what she’s about,” said Forsell.
“She’s gone out there and put in a big shift for the girls, added some value and got her name on the scoresheet.
“She turned up and did a great job for us and I am really proud of her for making that 50th appearance and getting that many points for the club.
“Izzy is a great person to have around our team and we all know how much it means to her to be playing for Leeds.”
