Red Devils reward youngsters with extended deals

Salford Red Devils have today tied-up the long term future of three of its young stars.

Jordan Walne, Adam Walne and Greg Johnson have all signed three year deals which will commence from the 2015 Super League season.

CEO Martin Vickers said: “The three players who we have signed these contracts with the Club today have all shown the effort and commitment required to make a difference at Salford. This rugby Club is now in a position to retain its best young talent and beyond that, develop it to maximise its potential.

“Our coaching staff have seen enough this season to believe that these three young players have what it takes to become part of our core for the future. We are currently talking to some of our other young stars and hope to conclude further deals shortly.
“We will continue to sign the best talent available, only now we will be mixing them with an impressive group of youngsters, hungry for success here.

“We will continue to secure the best young talent for the Red Devils and that can only lead to an exciting future for our supporters”
