Russian Rugby League: Bears win fourth straight title

Vereya Bears have won their fourth successive Russian Rugby League Championship. The Moscow Oblast team defeated local rivals Moscow Storm in comprehensive fashion over two legs, scoring 52 points in both games and conceding only 22 altogether. After establishing a commanding lead in the first leg, coach Alex Lysokon fielded seven under-18s.
