Wigan coach Shaun Wane has assured Wigan fans that Blake Green will not leave the club before Super League 2014.
Rumours have been circulating that the halfback was set for a return to Melbourne Storm, but Wane said: “He’s contracted here and he’s very happy here.
“He loves it at Wigan.”
But former rugby union star Andy Powell’s future appears less certain.
The 32-year-old, who represented the British Lions in union, joined Wigan in the summer in a cross-code move.
But now two leading Welsh rugby union clubs are reported to be interested in his signature.
