Castleford Tigers remain without star winger Justin Carney for this Friday’s trip to St Helens, after boss Daryl Powell named an unchanged squad for the second consecutive game.
Carney injured his ankle during the Challenge Cup Final defeat to Leeds Rhinos last month, and has not featured since that game. That means it is likely James Clare will continue on the wing, as the Tigers bid to earn themselves a week off next week.
Grant Millington and Craig Huby came through their respective returns last week against Catalan Dragons, with both expected to feature again in the televised game against this season’s table-toppers.
Castleford Tigers 19-man squad to face St Helens: Dixon, Shenton, Webster, Dorn, Sneyd, Lynch, Milner, Huby, Millington, Hauraki, Massey, Clark, Holmes, Wheeldon, Ellis, Channing, Clare, Finn, Jewitt.
