Sydney Roosters are the World Club Champions after defeating Wigan Warriors 36-14 at Allianz Stadium in Sydney on Saturday.
Michael Jennings became the first player in World Club Challenge history to score a hat-trick of tries, and the Roosters scored other tries through former Hull FC star Sam Moa and Kiwi internationals Jared Warea-Hargreaves and Shaun Kenny-Dowall. James Maloney converted all six tries.
Wigan trailed 18-0 at half-time, but scored second-half tries from Joe Burgess and two from Josh Charnley, with Matty Smith converting one.
