In Topic: Mason Caton-Brown, the next Greg Inglis!

Can't be the new Inglis as he's the new Offiah!!

Let's see how he goes against Leeds on Friday before overdoing it with the hyperbole. Leeds have maybe the best current back line which is what Salford seem to be trying to emulate. We've not come close to beating one of the big sides yet (sorry Huddersfield) so should be a good measure of how the team's progressed over the past month.

I remember Leroy Rivett likened to Offiah, after scoring 4 tries in a C C final , 4 years later he was being out played by Stuart Littler in Championship final.
I remember Kevin Penny as the future international after swapping a basketball for a rugby ball in his debut season for Warrington, no need to qualify this one.
MCB, has great potential, has natural pace and an a great body swerve. I hope he gets the time the tutoring and the conditioning to fufil that potential.

im not saying its right or wrong, id be very happy if wecwere able to sign superstars like Burgess instead of Union, but then I dont have to dip my hand in my pocket to fund it.

The voting rules are in place to stop individuals making bad decisions which harm the game, the decision must be respected.

DT - reading the stories, it seems McManus & others ? stopped a vote from actually taking place , and judging from comments made by both the Salford & Saints owners , it's got rather personal .

I wouldn't trust RL or the SL chariman to run a Spar Shop.. that much for respect .

All clubs decisions are dominated by their own self interests - Koukash is just that much brasher & obvious about it .

Much as I understand the ire generated by a Newbie millionaire coming in and shouting his mouth off about how things should be done , I also would resent an incumbant Chairman acting like Gandalf ' Non shall pass!'

I get the impression some of the more wealthy - Wigan - Leeds - Wire - Hull - Hudds are acting like the Stanleys in the Battle of Bosworth ... hanging back while they decide which side it would be more advantageous to support.

An Inglis !  An Inglis a kingdom for my Inglis !...

In Topic: Celebrate Wakefield!

Tipped by most people to finish in the bottom two at the start of the season, we've beaten Wigan and Leeds and might finish in the top 8! Last september we didnt have 17 players signed for 2014. Playing much better since James Webster took over from Richard Agar. never underestimate the wildcats :)

Question. You , highlight the depafture of Agar and the effect of the new coach for the recent run of results.
However, the return to Wakefield of Tim Smith on loan from Salford also coincided with their improved form..
Have you overstated the impact of Webster. When its the return of last seasons organiser , playermaker who's made the difference?

How's he looking, apart from the scores? Impressive?

Scored a try no one had any right to score, worth admission fee. Pure pace and McGillvray is no sloutch . Had a great break early in the game.
Bombed an easy try late in the 1st half.
Dropped off a couple tackles. Raw but with frightening pace and only 21.

Before any such talk they need a unified competition

there are now supposed to be 10 AMNRL teams but unsure how healthy they are.

the USARL now number 11 teams 7 of who defected from the ' official body ' and look much more active but were excluded from selection to the Tomahawks.

Heads need knocking together so they can unite & growth organically without outside influence other than dialouge with SL - NRL sides in developing their own talent.

Pre season exhibition matches to raise awareness

SL is a pipe dream at this stage.
