DEREK BEAUMONT responded late on Wednesday night to Wigan Warriors’ revelation that the Leigh Leopards owner had threatened to pull out of Friday’s Super League semi-final fixture between the clubs.
He clarified the game would go ahead but aired his grievances with Wigan over a ticketing issue at the heart of the dispute.
