York City Council's executive has selected Huntington Stadium at Monks Cross as the base for the 6,000 all-seat stadium. Good news. Hopefully the new stadium will help York become a solid Championship club by 2014. A reasonable size too for a club our size (unlike Donny at the Keepmoat). If theres provisions for future expansion and surrounding transport links are improved, then I think York are finally on to a winner!
