  1. BISSA looked at this scenario at end of last season. There are some areas that need some thought and planning. It is back on the agenda for next mtg, approx 3 wks away. Colin.....BISSA.
  2. If anyone still wants a last minute stocking filler for Xmas, we still have a very small amount amount left. They have been very popular so thankyou to everyone,so far, who has bought 1 o2 or more in some cases. A great Wembley memory , you never know ,1 day our Grandchildren will be trying to sell them on Dickinsons Real Deal......it's a real Bobby Dazzler .   3. Phildog, Think this is chinese whispers. As is common knowledge. BISSA this yr will continue the agreed 2yr deal for Josh Woods, also we have agreed to support Josh Rourke for this year. That is the extent of our commitment to date. These deals were confirmed at the AGM last week, which you attended. As for any other rumours, we are not aware of " someone special".
  4. The BISSA 2024 Calendar will be collected from the printers tomorrow, and will go on sale straight away. Its a celebration of Wembley 2023, player images, staff images, fanzone images, "will you be there?" Orders are being taken, some will be available tomorrow at the Birstall Lights switch on from Kantelis by the market place, and at the BISSA Agm and Social in the Cooney Suite on Thurs 30th Nov. Priced at £12, contact any BISSA Committee member to place your order. All profits,as you know, go towards assisting the Club sign and retain players. Thankyou for your support. BISSA .
  5. The BISSA agm will take place on Thursday 30th Nov at 7pm in the Brian Cooney Suite under the Status Stand. All BISSA members are invited to attend, letters/ emails should have been recieved. Afterwards, at approx 7.45pm, there will be a social evening, hot beef sandwiches and fries will be available at £6 per person. Also the bar will be open.This social will be open to non-BISSA members . There will be a showing of the 1895 Semi Final v York. Please let us know as soon as possible if food will be required.   6. Just for clarification. Josh Woods hasn't been announced as he was a 2yr signing with the help of BISSA last season, this year BISSA have also helped with Josh Rourke so far.

Having contacted the Knights regarding images from our Semi Final, I recieved a full copy , including professional commentary, interviews before and after the game, end of game crowd scenes, a really professional piece of work. They have allowed BISSA to sell these images for our funds. Copies will be available at Sundays game on usb or dvd. You can also pre order via this platform. Massive thanks to York City Knights for this. This is also on the back of Halifax Panthers doing exactly the same . Rugby League at its best. Thankyou for your continued support Colin....BISSA.

BISSA look to increase Membership Numbers BISSA is an acronym for Batley Independent Supporters Squadbuilder Association and, as the name suggests, is an independent group for supporters of Batley Bulldogs. Since BISSA was formed in 2003 the main goal of BISSA has been to help finance new players to the Club, which is mainly achieved by members' voluntary contributions. Today BISSA & FRISSA are doing a joint sponsored walk from Post Office Road to Mount Pleasant, there will be a box on the BISSA stall for all supporters to donate some coins towards this worthwile effort. Everything in the box will be shared between BISSA & FRISSA. There is also a bucket collection for Batley Boys which is nothing to do with the sponsored walk but a excellent organisation to contribute towards
