  1. Mountain - Nantucket Sleighride
  2. Classic video, godawful tune from a godawful band. I'd rank that alongside Primal Scream's Get Your Rocks Off or Motley Crue's Dr Feelgood for sheer pish-poorness. This is more like it:
  3. That's Saturday's treat for us.
  4. Iggy And The Stooges - I'm Sick Of You
  5. You mean this kind of thing? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKq9Chaj-uY
  6. I reckon you'll enjoy this one even more.
  7. Sepultura - Chaos A.D. Not listened to this for a few months. Forgot how good an album it is.
  8. AC/DC - Powerage The LP not some butchered digital 'remaster'.
  9. Judas Priest - Breaking The Law From Rob Halford's Tim Brooke-Taylor meets gay biker period. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=380C_nVJotY...feature=related I don't care what anybody says, that is one killer riff.
  10. Fleetwood Mac - The Green Manalishi http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYBQdXv0BhM...feature=related Just chuffing magnififcent.
  11. Denim and leather mate, denim and leather!
  12. Metallica - Suicide And Redemption
  13. Not seen it so I don't know for sure, but I thought the Anvil film was more a celebration of sheer bloody-minded determination and refusal to give in to the fact that they were never going to 'make it'. In answer to your question, I suppose it's got a lot to do with the glorious over-the-top excess of the so-called 'New Wave Of British Heavy Metal' and the dreadful American 'hair metal' scene.
  14. Sheffield Academy Thursday 30th April. You know you want to.
  15. Almost bought a Prong LP in a second hand record shop a couple of weeks back. Might go back for it. It will probably still be there.
  16. The Cramps - A Date With Elvis
  17. With you on that one. I listen to Sky Valley more often, and have been doing a lot just lately.
  18. Kyuss - Blues For The Red Sun
  19. Well mine's stopped making nasty noises now, if that's any recommendation.
  20. Sounds more fun than taking your bottom bracket apart, which is what I'm about to do.
  21. No, I shall be serving a writ on my negligent parents without further delay
