  1. The problem with alot of these pacific islands is the play makers or the lack off. I dont think Eng is overlooking them but i feel that england might get the job done. And england also has players radley hastings Mcqueen to count on so thats my input

  3. So theres so much talk about the young roosters player Sam Walker at moment. i read he was born in Leeds now if you were the english coach wouldn’t you do everything in your power to get him to play for England instead of Australia also since super league is doing england v rest of the world could nrl do england v Australia for match experience before the world cup i fell theres enough british born or heritage players in the nrl to do a England squad. youve got Herbie Farnsworth, Sam Walker, Dom Young, Josh and Bailey Hodgson, Elliot Whitehead, Ryan Sutton, George Williams, Jordan Pereira, Tom Burgess, Max King, Thats all ive got does anyone know anymore nrl players eligible for england
  4. I was just reading an article which stated all players from the 16 nations will be getting paid equally so do you think this will cause a ripple effect and see players wanting to rep the lesser nations instead of the top three. i think besides the money i think they will want to be part of history if the lesser nations can win or draw with the top tier nations. For example think about games like the four nations when Scotland drew with NZ or when Tonga beat Australia, Great Britian and New Zealand
  5. Surely Cameron McInnes from Dragons has scottish heritage ? and the potential backline for Scotland in the world cup could look like 1. Lachlan Coote - St Helens 2. Lewis Tierney - Leigh 3. Campbell Graham - Souths 4. Euan Aitkens - Warriors 5. Matty Russell - Leigh 6. Callum McLelland - Leeds 7. Ryan Brierley - Leigh Im sure Kane Linnet will be picked in the 2nd Row
  6. Also isn’t there a rule if a player has spent five year or more in a country they are eligble to rep them so pretty much all the players from Toronto Wolfpack will soon be allowed to rep Canada
  7. I wonder if jack Hastings will put his hand up for America seeing that the new England coach isnt gonna pick aussies in the squad and australia will never pick him lol also imagine hastings pairing with Jarome Luai in the Halves with Mulitalo at full back or wing
  8. "asked him a serious question and said, 'what village or part of Lebanon are you from?' He started laughing and said, 'Nah, I'm not [from Lebanon]. I just grew up amongst the culture and the people'. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.smh.com.au/sport/nrl/canterbury-bulldogs-spiritual-leader-josh-reynolds-bracing-for-belmore-goodbye-20170706-gx5umw.html
  9. If would be nice to know what other countries some of the rep nrl players qualify for (by rep players who have played for the Indigenous all stars, City or Country and Origin but never a proper international) players like for example: Josh Reynolds, Ash Taylor, Kyle Feldt, Brodie Croft and Gavin Cooper etc imagine them lining up for other nations
  10. That english winger who also plays for wakefield Tom Johnstone was born in Germany but realistically will never play for them Also winger/center Delouise Hoeter who plays in the Qld Cup for Wynnum is tongan with German decent not too sure how far back his heritage goes though Also got bored so here are some other random nations Serbia Tom and Jake Trbojevic (Manly) Nick Cotric (Canberra) Tom Opacic (North Queensland) Jason Muranka Keighly Cougars Turkey Aiden Seizer (Huddersfield) Emer Guler (Canberra) Malta Bronson Xerri (Sharks) Wing Sean O’ Sullivan (Brisbane Broncos) HB Jarrod Summut (Leigh)HB Jake Mamo (Warrington) FB Tyler Cassel (Blacktown Workers) Lock Cowen Epere (Windsor Wolves) Prop
