  5. York in pursuit of winger York City Knights coach James Ford is looking to bolster his backline options after confirming the departure of Ash Robson and Matt Chilton. Robson’s contract was terminated by mutual consent, while Chilton has left due to work commitments. Among the options for their replacements are Hull KR winger Will Oakes, who played 14 times for the Knights last year. He is, however, expected to sign on loan for Bradford as part of Rovers’ deal to sign five Bulls players. KR winger Elliot Wallis is also available on a season-long loan and could be a useful option.

  8. Bradford Bulls have started their re-build ahead of 2020 after retaining Ross Oakes on a two-year deal. The centre made 23 appearances last season, scoring nine tries, and is part of the alumni to emerge from the club’s Academy system. “I’m delighted to have signed a full-time contract for the next two years, with it being my hometown club.   9. Not looking good for the Bulls - Hull Kingston Rovers have completed a deal to bring FIVE Bradford Bulls players to the club. Hull Live has reported the Bulls have completed the signings of young duo Matty Storton and Rowan Milnes. However, TotalRL understands Joe Keyes and Elliot Minchella have also joined the club, while a forward from the club’s Academy will also arrive at KCOM Craven Park. We will probs see them playing for Dewsbury next season (DR with KR)

  11. York keen on Keinhorst York City Knights are being linked with Jimmy Keinhorst who is free to leave on a season-long loan from Hull Kingston Rovers, report League Weekly. The Knights, alongside with Featherstone Rovers, are also keen on out-of-favour Hull KR winger Will Oakes, according to League Weekly.

  13. Will stand swapping be allowed? as in can the supporters from each end swap at half time? Are we anticipating we will fill the longhurst stand? we usually fill the main stand and a few go into the longhurst stand. The longhurst will look empty?
  14. Featherstone Rovers fans will be placed in the Popular Stand and the Away uncover stand (Opposite to where fans were stood during the last game at Bootham Crescent). Fans will be able to gain entry to the ground from the Away Stand turnstiles.

  17. Minns finds new club Former Hull KR centre Thomas Minns has joined promotion-chasing York City Knights, according to the League Express. Minns left Rovers earlier this month without playing a game in his second spell at the club after sustaining a foot injury in training. He will now try to resurrect his career at York, who are preparing for a play-off campaign in the Championship.
