All the sessions are completely free, and open to girls aged 5-16. Book on to the Robin Park Arena session HERE. Girls aged 5-16 can join in a free introduction to Rugby League session at Robin Park Arena next Tuesday 6th December. Following on from the first of the HeRLegacy sessions, in partnership with the National Lottery, in Hull, St Helens and Whitehaven last weekend, six more sessions are available to attend over the next week before an online session on Thursday December 15. All the sessions are completely free, and open to girls aged 5-16 – and will be attended by special guests from England’s World Cup squad. The Robin Park Arena session will see Wigan’s very own Vicky Molyneux alongside Leah Burke in attendance. Jodie Cunningham, the RFL’s National Women and Girls Development Manager, said: “I’m so excited about the opportunities on the back of the World Cup, and last weekend was a fantastic start. “To see so many girls turning up to Hull, St Helens and Whitehaven to get involved in Rugby League was really inspiring for all of us and we’ve already had a massive amount of interest in the other sessions we’ve got coming up over the next week.” Venue – Robin Park Arena, Loire Drive, Wigan WN5 0UH Date/Time – Tuesday 6th December 7pm – 9pm Age Groups – 5-8yrs, 9-12yrs, 13-16yrs Detail – 7-8pm: 5-8yrs and 9-12yrs. 8-9pm: 13-16yrs.
