Leeds chief executive Gary Hetherington has made it clear that no Rhinos first-team players are available for loan, putting to an end speculation that Ryan Bailey was set to join Bradford Bulls or Castleford Tigers on temporary deals.
He told the Yorkshire Evening Post: “We are running on pretty small numbers. We’ve only used dual-registration once this season, because all our squad are playing.
“We don’t have any flexibility there as most players are playing pretty regularly. There’s been nobody sat on the sidelines for a few weeks unable to play.
“If everybody was 100 per cent fit and we had a situation where one or two players were not getting in the side we would look at them possibly going out on loan.”
