Warrington Wolves trio Stefan Ratchford, Ryan Atkins and Ben Harrison are all set to undergo operations this off-season to help them be fit and firing for 2016.
Centre Atkins has been confirmed to be going in for two operations – on his groin and wrist – to get him fit for next season.
Key forward Harrison, who has been a mainstay of the Wolves side again in 2015, will actually go in for surgeries on his wrist, ankle and knee.
And the club’s head of performance services, Ben Stirling, has also confirmed that Ratchford will have knee and shoulder operations.
That would appear to rule the versatile centre and full-back out of contention for England selection at the end of this season.
