  1. Absolute great effort lads, my heroe, Rob should be very humble, he was the difference......onwards and upwards, well played for a team of strangers without Yere and Lo....
  2. I'd put him in the top seats at Barley Mow, his dad became a world beater after that experience. Got to ask a few questions, because I don't like nepotism, Leeds, any appearances? Eagles in crisis, why is he not with us if he is that good, playing for a team whose supporters detest his dad. We Simply Reds don't consider.....Money, Money......
  3. Our fishing friends don't know how to catch Brown Trout, they will not know they can Hope to catch them in a Scott Burns, so keep netting them down to a Lo score this Yere by Wheeldon ing them, plus, Chisholm ing, Millar ing, and then Mexico ing them about. resulting in our lads Straugher ing and Minchella ing remember the antics of James Dean, he had a great Cox so he must have been Fozard .....If I've miss your name out lads just play for the Eagles today and I will mention you next time. I look forwards to a really good game, with all best wishes to Hull K R fans.
  4. Robin, old lad, remember the lows of Fev, we are totally broke like you were. Didn't think grudges were in your pshycic, The barrelled one is a Rugby League man and I bet you were happy his lad kicked that goal for you. The Red Flags still flying very high here......Jeremy supports Rugby League.
  5. Yes I am Optimistic and after pushing a lad in his chair along Pinstone Street the other day and having a good chat with him.....We are both full of confidence for this season, there are some really good lads in the team.....They must remember its not just when training that they have to impress, its when they are away from the team environ that they have to curb their excesses.....
  6. Many years go I wrote the same heading after the Udders fiasco and look what we went on to achieve,,,,,,So the future is Sodje!!!!!!!
  7. Some of these new signings appear a bit fishy to me!!! It seems like we might have either hooked or tickled one. Lets hope Tubby has played a fly one......
  8. Not happy with that, I have never agreed with dual reg. In my opinion it is very disrupted to team bonding. Why not encourage local lads? Who have probably been training with the Squad for a couple of years. They would play their socks off in an Eagles team. Its probably money talking, as usual, that results in us going down that road.

  10. Two further signings for the 2017 season...... yesterdays signing Jordan Cox, not playing because of knee injury, the two in the morning foot and arm injury at a guess. Are we pleased? Yes we are, Tubbs has done it before, turned them into world beaters. One did let us down, he was a bit of a dope, but we off loaded him to Fev.
  11. I'd put a Bulls shirt on and stand under the posts for 80 minutes to make the numbers up, get me registered.
  12. Can we have an update? Will Mark and Keith be pulling on the Eagles Jerseys next season?
  13. They still don't like it up'em Mr Marnkwarin. The Warminsters on Seagulls were beat by the Northern Odsallies. The Bankers got rid of a number of part-timers, has anyone notice their scoring records since they joined new clubs?
  14. We are doomed Mr Marnkwarin....Full timers!!!! more like part timers, Dads Army, comes to mind....There is a Stupid Boy and a number of Spivs....Its about time the fans living in the city where Warminster Road has some credibility were not associated with the laughable Walmington on Sea......We don't need the likes of Hodges and the Verger enforcing the blackout, we are doing it ourselves. Fans are already saying don't tell them who I support Pike....
  15. I think someone needs to experience his dads grim days sitting at the back of the stands at Bramley.
  16. Who do I shout for? There appears to be more of my Sheffield heroes in the Batley team, hope Dom has been doing a lots of boiler work last week and has had lots of lead pipe to remove!!!!
  17. 29 points difference is required, practice your drop goals lads, I fancy Rob to get it!!!! The Duke would kick it so high that the ref would be unsighted, only kidding, the gap will be big enough without droppings.
  18. His dad says........The only positive note was a scintillating try by the recalled Cory Aston, and Aston called upon his more senior players to further help Eagles’ up-and-coming players. “That’s five in five I believe for Cory but there aren’t enough people out there putting an arm around him.” If I stood around like a statue, the odd ball would come my way from the other sixteen players. he needs sending to Bramley like his father was........
  19. A good Union song (sic) Wakefield Wildcats agree London Broncos link-up So will the lads be wearing a Wakefield shirt, a London one or a London two shirt or an Oxford shirt????? "Wakefield Wildcats have signed a dual registration agreement with Championship side London Broncos. Malta international Jarrod Sammut will be available to play for the Broncos against Leigh Centurions on Sunday. "I already have a relationship with Jarrod having coached him at Malta," said Broncos head coach Joey Grima. "I've watched him play over the past six seasons in the NRL and Super League and I consider him to be a valuable player because of his versatility." He added: "His addition brings opportunities where we've been hit hard by injuries." The Broncos have won one of their opening two league games of the new campaign following their relegation from Super League last season. The north London side have their own dual registration agreements with Championship One sides London Skolars and Oxford RL." Mickey Mouse would be proud of this duplicity ........
  20. Part of Star report from Rochdale game. "Centre Menzie Yere, who has just signed a new one-year deal, finished a passing move to power in at the corner."
  21. I've just been having a pint with him in the Clifton in Scarborough......Top Supporter.......
