Disappointed but let's remember that Regan came from a Union background and part of the world where Union is a religion. I have less problems with Welsh players turning to Union given it's a working class game in South Wales and a passion beyond any sport. I also recognise that, unlike football where the rewards are too much, Rugby players do have a short life and probably have more of a case for looking after themselves.
