  1. Biggest miss for me is langtree, brilliant player who gives his all and by all accounts very popular and playing well at the vikings
  2. Saw the fax game and boy oh boy the delusion of that commentator is epic, got completely battered 2nd half and ofc that was thalers fault, high shots, thalers fault, incorrect plays, thalers fault, offside, thalers fault ,little mention of the perfectly good try lyodd scored that was disallowed moments before fax went up other end and scored through kavanagh , little mention that Widnes were actually better team in the 1st just didn't execute, fev should win on quality but this is definitely a different Widnes team to past 3yrs,more shape, more structured, better defensively, much bigger team ,rock up like you did against Bradford and you've got major problems
  3. Sorry but people need to get over tee, theirs no conspiracy,no shafting,as in many many cases a SL club has cherry picked out the championship, paid a fairly hefty fee, I don't get the xfiles syndrome people have,he's a saints player, their DR with Swinton , and I'm going to be controversial maybe here but even if he came back theirs no guarantee he'd score shed loads as for me alot of his success was massively helped by having miloudi inside him ,who's of course at London, stop babbling about it and back those in the wing jerseys, all about the now,not the then
  4. Had a tough paper round that fella
  5. Think this is going to be far harder than some people think ,Donny packed with ex SL players, got a massive pack with the likes of matagi, lovodua, pauli pauli, tyla hepi Running threats in likes of Luke briscoe,Craig hall,Reece Lynne ,josh guzdek ,and got a very under rated halfback in Connor Robinson ,Watson boas is still a threat even though he must be about 70 now Very dangerous game as most are in this crazy league but think if can control their pack it'll be another home win
  6. Not really Brad's fault he's playing 6,that's the coach's decision, personally think he'll come good anyway but I would say his best position is at 13,that's where he made his name at Widnes and Wakefield, only when he went to Keighley that he went into the halves ,he was always a classy ball handling loose ,not sure why anyone can say hes worse than Wilko when Brad's not played in what is his best position , nevertheless not quite hit the full straps yet but two consecutive wins
  7. Looked decent against Batley, cant really comment on the other but know few people have said their decent this season(vikings) and got a massive side
  8. Think barrow will win reasonably comfortable tbut they do have some very dangerous players particularly on the edges in the likes of greensmith and whitely and Carr out the back ,saw there game against Batley and at times looked pretty impressive ,I'm going 26-8 ISH
  9. Whether you believe Brad played well or not he won the game n for that he should be applauded
  10. You can only ever beat what's Infront of you,not barrows fault but that's the worst York team I can remember in years, their pure gash for the money spent ,shambles of a club hell bent on spending top end but being bang average at best ,very favourable next two games , onwards and upwards
  11. Certainly winnable game ,for the players they have they seem to under achieve ,got some real quality in like of daggar, keinhorst, lineham n not sure if Richie myler will play as sure he didn't play against Toulouse ,tight game probably in bad conditions, home win for me
  12. Totally get people's frustration and their entitled to be but come on ,two games in,both away to clubs many others will fall at ,this bunch will be absolutely fine ,got no doubt about that, gillam nearing comeback who will add loads of go forward, broady will be back, this teams style of play will flourish once we get dry tracks (yes Widnes is plastic I know) ,tidy up discipline and daft mistakes and only way is up
  13. Brad walker found not guilty, downgraded to a b offence,no ban to serve ,common sense prevails, and nice to see an opposition clubs players back him up
  14. Ah right wasn't sure, looks of crestas recent video there's a chance he might get off with it, apparently comments weren't directed at the officials and is being backed up by Widnes players, but you never know with the disciplinary, probably still find him guilty
  15. Might be more that's just off top of my head
