  1. I think your being very harsh on the interim Chairman and seem to be bitter. Would it not be better that you put your name forward and join the board. It's not a one man band at the club u have Gary Murdoch General Manager doing a fantastic job in keeping everything in the straight and narrow. The blue knights do a terrific job and I bet non of them would be a director. There's a commercial person doing fantastic work dint knock the club join it at board level .
  2. The trouble is there not answerable to anyone they have a new supremo in Mr Bentham. But he will only be interested in the Super league referees they need sorted in the lower leagues there just picking up pocket money. Shame full .
  3. Totally agree with u hopefully he can get others to join him and move the club even thurther. UTT
  4. I'm a massive rugby league fan but credit to Wigan they prevented Penrith in getting fast play the balls. The only thing Moore did wrong was he didn't clamp down on these, the lying on at the play the ball, interference at the play the ball and offside at the play the ball and to be honest Wigan are the best team in the world to do it . They pinned Penrith back with a good kicking game down the field . So well done these games should Always have neutral referees this is the reason the officials get a lot of un justified abuse.
  5. Always believed in home life first(family) work is a must big second and Rugby is just a paid hobby. Players can't take risks these days especially having started a new job. Caine is out unto March so u can't blame him if the lad needs a break from the game. I honestly don't think he motivated by money from any club he's a honest lad. Good luck to him.
  6. I have just been informed that a good friend has passed away last night my deepest condolences to all of his Family. Gordon was a great person a great player for Cumbria Rugby league and also as a coach in professional and the amateur Game. Probably many didn't know he was a exceptional match official and brilliant to be with on away games. R.I.P Gordon for ever u will be missed by your close family and the Rugby league Fraternity all over the country.
