Neglected this forum recently with being really busy at work and in the house. Fev were the better side and deserved the win today it's unfortunate as I wanted nothing more than to see JT forfill his Wembley destiny. We seem to of got ourselves in a bit of a rutt at the minute and with all our games in June being away it might be a tricky one to get out of, hopefully we can find a out feet again and push for a big finish to the season.

Hull KR are closing in on the signing of Oldham hotshot Jumah Sambou. All Out Rugby League understands the Robins have made the Roughyeds outside back their latest transfer target and are expected to secure his services for the 2026 season.

I convinced four new comers to come on Friday and despite the result all four are coming back for the Toulouse game and the Semi Final against Fev. On the face of it, it appears Friday nights might be a popular granted I live fairly local so my faffing about before I can get to the game is less than others but I had a spring in my step all day at work knowing id be at the match with both of my kids (daughter dances on Sundays) not just one, having a few well earned Friday night swills the pyro also to the big game feel aswell. So the question is whens the next one? Id be over the moon if it was the Halifax game as my misses has booked us in for Sunday Lunch at the Ivy that Sunday and the glare I got when suggested rearranging wasn't a pleasant one.

Made a better account of ourselves in the second half but Bradford were a class outfit from start to finish tonight. So far this season we've been able to not let silly mistakes cost us but tonight Bradford put us to the sword with every mistake.

Just come back from the fans forum. The club are in talks to get dancers and an artist on the pitch before or during the semi final to give back those children and families who have missed out. From listening to Bill.. the blame for this event being cancelled lays at the door of the dance company.

Should be a great night under the lights hopefully we're coming away happier than those from t'uvva side o' pennines at the end of the night

Slightly disappointing as we were winning the game but a point away at Widnes is certainly not to be sniffed at? Roll on next Friday against Bradford

It was my hope that this event would be a very good opportunity to introduce our club/game to Oldhamers who traditionally wouldn't of come to match and hopefully a few of them may of really enjoyed they day out and returned for another game. Obviously not pointing fingers anywhere but it's a shame we couldn't of seen this through.

Just double checked.. dancers families have been allocated both main stand paddocks & the JFS and so far we've sold roughly half of the seats in each of the paddocks and a fair few in the JFS. Having spoken to my daughter they are dancing before the game and during half time and have "behind the scenes vip seats" for when they are not dancing which I think means they'll be in the upper mainstand which is probably as far aware from VIP as you can get with it's old wooden seats but I'll let her find that one out herself

A very hard fought win glad we got it over the line had Fev of had a better kicking game they would of been out of sight. All makes for a mouth watering semi final

Am I right in thinking that Fev are normally competing at the top end of the Champ? If so they are not having the best of seasons this year obviously there are no easy games in the champ but I'm confident for another good after of Rugby League in a sun soaked JRS on Sunday.
