jim_57 Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 http://www.completeleagueplayer.com/index.html This was a site set up in Australia for developing league players aged 11-18. Seems like the perfect kind of thing to use for developing players in England and the rest of the world for that matter. It would be a great tool to help clubs develop players, IMO English RL could do very well out of this. Hopefully it also means a player from a country that lacks quality coaching can use it to assist his development.
GrahamW Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Hi thanks for your observation on Complete League Player - I am the founder of the system and appreciate your comments. A primary aim of the system is to provide best practice information, conditioning and skills / agility development for junior players year round - catching up with the conditioning programs that are used by Olympic sports for kids of this age. A main aim is to improve skeletal strength which is the one of the foundational elements for kids this age in sport - plus its a life time benefit. And its for junior players anywhere (the kids can actually have training buddies anywhere in the world. If you have any questions happy to help out. Graham
