Pedro
I was really sorry to read on the Hornet's web site of the death of John Chisnall who played for Hornets in the 50's and 60's. My condolences to his family. Old Hornet's supporters like myself will have fond memories of watching him play. He was a top class and skilful stand off. With Johnny Fishwick, he formed a half back partnership that the was the envy of most clubs at that time.
Pugwash
Yes, I heard this at the club yesterday from Ray Myers. I will put an obituary together for the next programme which unfortunately isn't for a while. If anyone has any fond memories or anecdotes about John please let me know and I'll try to include them in the piece. Pugwash.
