Well, what can I say. Lots of biff and passion from both sides, but ultimately not the result that we wanted and despearately needed. Not helped at all by another confusing selection of players. Robinson must be injured as I didn't see him at all but White clearly was not, as he was running the water I can only assume he was 18th man, strange given that he bagged 2 tries last week. Therefore starting the game with 4 forwards on the bench and no recognised pivot (Barlowe is not a hooker!) or even utility backs cover. This did come to bite us when Fell got injured and Atkin had to move to FB, effectively leaving us with only 1 HB. Not the time to be experimenting with team selection in my opinion, especially as I really did fancy our chances against the Rams. This could be 2 points lost that come to haunt us over the coming weeks.
