  1. Yep, as i predicted our lack of forward power caught up with us this week. But we are going to have some quality fresh forwards available for the run in. As for Trueman i’ve never known a player be so influential and such a liability in equal measure! He is quality on the field but he just can’t be relied upon to be on the pitch enough to justify his large salary.
  2. Sadly i think this will be the week our lack of forwards catches up with us. We’ll give it a good go but i reckon Hull KR will get the goods by 16-20.
  3. All put in as ‘director’ loans i’d guess. So the debt mountain is probably even higher than anyone thought.
  4. He’s obviously going for the where’s there’s life there’s hope tactic. However i really don’t see how if the owners haven’t put the money up to this point to prevent it getting this far then i don’t see them stumping up afterwards all of a sudden. The club will still have massive debts and no money and the wages will still be due this week. It’s literally just trying to limp on til the end of the season.
  5. Agreed. Whilst putting a roof on it is good it’s not solving the major problem of that side which is the viewing position. It strikes me as rather than doing the practical job first they are doing the aesthetic one for the tv cameras and the hospitality views.
  6. They had but they haven’t been playing particularly well, as shown the week before against Huddersfield when they should have lost. I expect them to come good but right now they are a bit off. And i agree with the poster regarding Liam Farrell. Sadly he looks like a guy who has gone on a season too long.
  7. Damn good performance that one! Didn’t give Wigan an inch all night and just appeared to want it a bit more than they did. All 17 put in a shift. No sure what is up with Wigan but they don’t seem themselves in recent times.
  8. Can’t see Hull KR tripping up to a side as ordinary as Cas. They'll win by 20.
  9. We’ve regularly been a bogey team for Wigan at Belle Vue over the years and i’m going for that to continue. Wakey to win it late on by a couple of points.
  10. Given i made my annual trip to your place i’ll stick in my two penn’orth. 1 Greensmith 2 Manning 3 Leak
  11. And that was prior to the last pay day so those values will have increased. Well done to them if they have found someone daft enough to give them a bridging loan. It’s only kicking the can down the road but they should at least complete the season if correct.
  12. Looks like a change of director listed at companies house. Kurt Graver OUT Steven Lawrence Englander IN Sounds like he's an accountant which you'd probably say the need although his Linkedin account speil left me with a bit of sick in my mouth. https://www.linkedin.com/in/steven-englander/?originalSubdomain=uk
  13. I’d imagine two weeks today when the next pay day and the HMRC hearing hit will be D-Day.
  14. Leeds to kick Wire whilst they’re down and to beat them by 20.
  15. Fair enough if technically they aren't but if the report is correct and any transactions will result in their bank accounts being frozen is a major red flag. How do they function day to day? And constantly taking out loans or advances on future income (which must only be home match ticket sales at this point) is the ultimate can kick down the road.
  16. That surely means that they are trading insolvent. It beggars belief just how farcical this has become and the head in the sand actions by those in charge has gone beyond ridiculous. They have to call in insolvency practitioners immediately.
  17. Given this week is payday time then that liability to HMRC is about to increase again as well, unless they pay it immediately which we all know they won’t.
  18. The lunatics really are running the asylum.
